We work with the lost and found of multiple establishments and businesses - helping increase their efficiently. If this business has sent you our way, we work with their lost property. We collect all their lost and found and it is sorted in our own storage facility. We SHOULD have your item. If we dont, it either hasn't been collected yet or hasn't been spotted by the establishment yet. Please allow 1-2 weeks from losing your item to it appearing on our database.

We try to get everything back to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive your item. Once contact has been initiated and we have confirmed its your item, we send it out next day via courier.

We collect your item from the establishment it was lost at. This then gets sorted at our own storage facility. If the owner is obvious and the item has contact details we make contact. If the owner isn't obvious , we need you to make contact. Once you make contact, please provide us with as much information as possible about your item, we then will confirm if we have it. We occasionally may require more specific information to confirm it is yours. Once it has been confirmed, we then send this out via a courier service. this can take 24-48 hours.

There is the delivery cost along with a small admin cost to receive your items back. You can always collect your item to save on the delivery fee from our Essex based storage facility.
